There's a lot I want to study from with how you played around with the abstract elements to this but my god this is some awesome pixel art.

There's a whimsical silliness about this that I like.

Yeah there's dark humor involved but juxtaposed with the colorful and geometric style you're using for the illustration it actually makes for a nice contrast to lighten the mood in it's own way.
